Dr. Bill Haig has worked in branding for more than forty years, and is considered the authority in the application of source credibility principles to the design of company logos. He coined the term, credibility-based logo design which he has discussed in numerous published articles and his book, The Power of Logos: How to Create Effective Company Logos.
Prior to establishing Powerlogos Design, Dr. Haig worked with logo design firms including design legend, Saul Bass. He also held top branding positions with a major petroleum and transportation company. He now works with small and medium size companies on a consulting basis.
Dr. Haig holds a Ph.D. in Management and Organizational Change from Southern Cross University, a major graduate business school in Australia. His M.A. is in Communication and Marketing from the University of Hawaii. He also has a B.A. in Psychology and Marketing from UCLA.
